 Health Education Yorkshire and Humber Future Leaders Programme (2019 Recruitment)

The Future Leaders Programme offers opportunities for Health Education England Yorkshire and the Humber medical and dental trainees to do a one year “out of programme experience” (OOPE) Clinical Leadership Fellowship to help grow and develop their personal leadership skills.

Applications for the 2019-20 Future Leaders Programme, will open on 23 November 2018 and will close at 4pm on Friday, 14 December 2018.

Arts for Health and Wellbeing in Primary Care posr.This is a new and exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop leadership skills whilst exploring how the arts can be used to benefit the health and wellbeing of patients across Yorkshire and the Humber. The post-holder will be expected to develop relationships with established national organisations who are currently conducting research, collating evidence and sharing established good practice. The post holder will be encouraged to initiate a project based on their own interests or develop an existing project. The post holder will receive regular support and guidance and have the opportunity to visit other arts-based projects around the UK during their year in post. The post holder will be encouraged to become a member of the Royal Society of Public Health ‘Arts and Health Special Interest Group’.
